What is Everybody’s Jackpot Live?
Back in 2016, Playtech created an original online slot that depicted a television host setting and gave players the chance to win on a huge jackpot. The main difference is this jackpot was split between the winner and other players, hence why the slot was called Everybody’s Jackpot.
Fast-forward to 2022 and Playtech decided it was time to create a live casino game version of this beloved online slot. All players have to do is spin in hopes of triggering a big win, one of the bonuses or one of the huge jackpot wins.
How to play Everybody’s Jackpot Live
When the game loads up, it’s similar to the original slot as all players need to do is spin. There are four sets of reels with 3x3 grids and 10 potential symbols that can land on the reels.
The first nine symbols are ordinary ones that can pay if they line up on one of the eight payline options. However, the tenth symbol is the scatter that can trigger the bonus if three or more land on the reels. At the start of each round, one of the four bonus options is highlighted and the scatters will trigger this. Each additional symbol after three improves the bonus round.
What are the bonus rounds for this slot you ask? Well, there are four options which include:
- The Block - which is a mini-game containing four sides of a block with a 3x3 and players progress through the stages with 12 potential rounds. The maximum win for this stage is 600x the stake which is also the biggest base game win for this game.
- Pick Me - playing on a 4x4 grid with slushy tiles as these tiles are turned around and shuffled. Players pick four tiles and will be awarded the multipliers on these tiles.
- Walter’s Bubble Bar - this game plays on a 4x4 grid and there are images of Walter the Caterpillar appearing on the reels. The number of spins is determined by the scatter and players pick the bubbles blown from Walter.
- Free Games - the number of spins is determined by the scatters triggering the feature and all the symbols from the base game show up as well as wilds.
Is Everybody’s Jackpot Live worth playing?
When people think of live slots, they instantly think of simplistic games such as Buffalo Blitz Live and Crazy Coin Flip. Everybody’s Jackpot Live is a new type of live slot that incorporates all the brilliant elements of online slots and applies them to a live game show - all whilst adding in two different jackpots!
In terms of the design and presentation, it’s done to a pretty high-quality standard with an animated background of a street filled with casinos with the Daily Jackpot and Grand Jackpot highlighted here. The live host is often dressed in a formal outfit that looks quite classic for a live game show and is on a platform.
Fans of the original slot will be happy to find out that the hosts from the original slot return on the reels but with an upgrade that looks eerie similar to characters from The Sims 4. There are symbols on the reels during the game, but these are all of high quality as well. During the game, there is a subtle hint of music throughout but it never overshadows the wonderful presenters.
So, is the game worth playing? There aren’t many live game shows that have two jackpots so it’s definitely worth it for that but it’s worth mentioning that players may have to wait a while to trigger any features. These jackpots can drop at any moment, so patience is certainly the key to being successful in this slot. If you can manage that, then you’ll have the best time with this game. It’s a top-tier live slot that could set a new benchmark for live game shows in general.
